PNC Garnet is a domestic stock corporation duly formed and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. On December 3, 1996, it was founded for its major stockholder, Atty. Patricio A. Garcia. So it’s not a surprise that it shares the same excellence-driven vision and people-centric values as the Garcia Group of Companies.
